AGENCIA's Change The Record Team, held The Makokoba Project, a three day musical event, in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe from Sunday 21 to Tuesday 23 September 2014.
The UK based organisation works internationally, holding cultural events like The Makokoba Project in Zimbabwe and Rocinha in Rio, Brazil.
Since embarking on the project, AGENCIA founder, Ruth Daniel, told OneVybe in an earlier interview that this musical festival benefited from her links with Makokoba Healthcare Initiative, local rapper AWA and the Zimbabwe Alliance.

Various performing artists from the UK including Martyn Ware, Jon McClure and hip-hop artist Rodney P! performed at the festival and recorded an album in collaboration with the local community.
Through the festival, Ruth intended to work with people who aim to have long term links with Zimbabwe and this includes filmmakers and cultural producers from the UK who were present at the festival.
