AMFI at the Africa Rising: the Role of the Diaspora African Woman

Rt. Hon. Baroness Verma, Under Secretary of State for Energy and Climate Change hosted a conference at the House of Parliament to discuss the role of women in the rise of Africa.
South African legendary singer, Yvonne Chaka Chaka, UNICEF and Roll Back Malaria Goodwill Ambassador and Founder of Princess of Africa Foundation was a keynote speaker at the event.
Another keynote speaker was Justina Mutale who is African Woman of the Year 2012, International Women’s Think Tank Global Envoy, World Leaders Forum Advisory Board Member, and Founder of Positive Runway were keynote speakers.

African Mothers Foundation International (AMFI) and other organisations doing great work in the UK and African countries were provided with an avenue for understanding and paving a way to play an integral part in changes around the globe.
